NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Mongrel MCR Ltd. Premises: Mongrel, 72 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 5BG. Proposed variation: To extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises, and for the provision of late night refreshment, to 01:00 daily, with the premises open to the public until 01:30 daily. Representations must be made in writing by 16 June 2026 to: Premises Licensing Team, Manchester City Council, Level 2 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by email to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the licensing act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
