LICENISNG ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Tynemouth Holdings (NE) Limited has applied to the North Tyneside Council on 29th May 2026 for the variation of a premises licence for Grace Kelly Tynemouth, United Reformed Galleries, 77 Front Street, Tynemouth, NE30 4BP. The premises licenced times for closing, serving alcohol and provision of live entertainment will be varied to open till 2am on a Friday and Saturday evening.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 26th June 2026, stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB or via email on liquor.licensing@ northtyneside.gov.uk. ‘Current applications’ can be found on the council’s website: www.northtynesidecouncil.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
