Notice is hereby given that Mockingbird Durham LTD has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Mockingbird, 27 Silver Street, Durham. DH1 3RD for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Consumption on the premises) Sunday to Thursday 10:00 – 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 01:00.
Live Music (Indoors) New Years Eve 23:00 – 02:00.
Recorded Music (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 00:00, Friday and Saturday 23:00 – 01:00.
All activities until 02:00 hrs on New Year’s Day.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
