Court Yard Area The application seeks to vary the plans to include the courtyard area. Opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00 am to 10:00 pm - Sale of Alcohol, Plays, Film, Live Music (Acoustic or Semi Acoustic Only, Recorded Music at Background Level Only), Performances of Dance, Similar - live/recorded or dance, Late Night Refreshment. Variations to Non-Standard Timings Christmas Eve opening until 3.30 am. New Years Eve opening until 6.00 am.
Bank Holiday weekends - To include Easter, May Bank
Holidays and August Bank Holidays until 4.00 am.
December - Eight late opening times to 3.30 am to accommodate festive bookings per calendar month. No more than ten larger scale events per year or two per calendar month in the Court Yard Area. Variations to Opening Hours of Premises Thursdays extend closing times from 01:30 am to 03:00 am.
Fridays and Saturdays extend closing time from 03:00 am to 04:00 am.
Court Yard Area Opening and Closing Times 09:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 25th June 2026 such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
