NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that IAS Group Holdings Ltd has applied to Walsall Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Licensable Activities - Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 - 04:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, 200 Pelsall Road, Walsall, WS8 7EN. Representations must be received no later than: 03/07/2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
