Notice is hereby given that Mr Maninder Singh Grover has applied to Richmond Council for a new Premises Licence at Vape’z N Go, 138-140 Heath Road, Twickenham, TW1 4BN, for The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales): Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 23:00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 19/06/2026 stating the grounds for representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday by prior appointment at The Offices Of The Licensing Authority at above address between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. Information on applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website: www.richmond.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
