Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 1SE. Representations must be received no later than 29 June 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction if found guilty of such an offence.
