NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Tendring Vineyard Ltd has applied to Tendring District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as: Tendring Vines, The Green, Tendring, Essex CO16 0BT. The application seeks permission for: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises (off-sales only) via online sales at www.tendringvines.com  Hours applied for: Mon to Sat: 09.00 to 17.00. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 1SE. Representations must be received no later than 29 June 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction if found guilty of such an offence.
