Notice is hereby given that Chew Valley Distillery Ltd. has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the Premises at Chew Valley Distillery Ltd. Unit 11, 12 & 13 Unity Business Park, Bath Road Bitton, Bristol, BS30 6HZ.
Recorded music - Monday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm Live Music - Monday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm Supply of alcohol - Monday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm Hours premises are open to the public: Monday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm
A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN.
Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must give notice in writing to the South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol BS37 0DD or by e-mail to: Licensing@southglos.gov.uk. Any representations must be made by 01/07/2026 after which date, no objections will be considered. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four licensing objectives.
IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (UNLIMITED) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
