What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Sticks 'N' Sushi UK Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Sticks 'n' Sushi, Unit 3B, 3 Chamberlain Square, Paradise, Birmingham, B3 3AX.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) (Indoors and Outdoors) from 10:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 until 01:00 Thursday to Saturday.

Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors and Outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 23:00 until 01:00 Thursday to Saturday.

Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 10:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 until 01:00 Thursday to Saturday.

Opening Hours are from 10:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wed - nesday and from 10:00 until 01:30 Thursday to Saturday.

Any representations regarding the abovemention ed application must be received in writing by General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or via email to 'Licensing@birmingham.gov.uk' no later than 26th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.birmingham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
