Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Sinful Spine Limited in respect of premises at 12 Heaton Road, Heaton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 1SD, applied to Newcastle City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol on and off the premises Sunday to Wednesday 09:00 to 17:00, Thursday 09:00 to 20:00 and Friday and Saturday 09:00 to 22:00.
The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Wednesday 09:00 to 17:00, Thursday 09:00 to 20:00 and Friday and Saturday 09:00 to 22:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH, or by email to licensing@newcastle.gov.uk.
Representations must be received by 30 June 2026.
