What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Fuller, Smith & Turner Plc in respect of Premises known as Builders Arms, 65 Leslie Park Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 6TP applied to London Borough of Croydon for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans supplied by the applicant to add a small bar servery to the outside area on the ground floor to sell alcohol from 10:00 – 22:00 every day – see application for full details.
All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by, London Borough of Croydon, Sustainable Communities Department, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA or by email licensing@croydon.gov.uk no later than 24th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Croydon Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours between 9am & 3.45pm Monday to Friday by appointment (except bank holidays) or on the council’s website – www.croydon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
