We, The Hospital of St Cross and Almshouse of Noble Poverty, hereby give notice that we have applied on 26 May 2026 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: St Cross Hospital, St Cross Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9SD.

Sale of Alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises), Plays, Films, Live Music (e), Recorded Music (f), Performances of Dance (g), Anything Similar to (e), (f), or (g) – all both indoors and outdoors.

All Activities Monday to Saturday 0930 to 2300, and Sunday 1300 to 2300.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 23 June 2026 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council’s website.
