District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence,
in respect of the following establishment: Hucknall

Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 7SB Which would
authorise the following licensable activities:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the Premises
Monday – Sunday 06:00 – 00:00
Representations may be made regarding the
proposed application, either in writing to The
Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road,
Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or
by email to:

licensing@ashfield.gov.uk

by no later
than 30th June 2026. The record of this application
can be viewed during standard office hours by an
appointment with the Licensing Authority at the
Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield,
Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA.
IT IS AN OFFENCE under section 158 of the
licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or
in connection with this application. Those who
make a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
