I James Rushton of Red Fox Retail Ltd t/a Canopy Cafe Do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence at Unit 13, Hawkhurst Road, Flimwell, TN5 7FJ to be known as Canopy Cafe.
The application is to:-
-Allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises every day between 10:00 and 22:00hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email
not later than 25th June 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
