The Licensable Activity Applied For Is The Provision Of Late Night Refreshment, Namely The Supply Of Hot Food And Hot Drink To Members Of The Public, For Consumption Both On And Off The Premises (Including By Takeaway, Click-And-Collect And Delivery), During The Following Hours: Sunday To Wednesday 23:00 To 00:00 (Midnight). Thursday To Saturday 23:00 To 03:00. No Sale Or Supply Of Alcohol And No Regulated Entertainment Is Applied For.
A record of this application is held by the City of London and may be viewed by members of the public online by visiting: www.cityoflondon.gov.uk, or by appointment at: The Offices Of The City Of London Licensing Authority, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority at the address shown above, or by emailing Licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation, by 19th June 2026. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by that date and will have regard to any such representation when considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a Premises Licence, and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000
