Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their Premises Licence at Co-op, 27-29a Morshead Road, Crownhill, Plymouth, Devon PL6 5AD to remove Condition 5.4 the premises shall close to the public at 2300 and open at 0600 on the following day. Sales of alcohol between those times shall be for on-line delivery only.”

The store will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alcohol sales in store will be from 06:00 to 02:00. Alcohol sales online will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Public Protection Service, Ballard House, Plymouth PL1 3BJ Or Email to licensing@plymouth.gov.uk by 25 June 2026.
