NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Dover District Council on 1st June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, Townwall Street, Dover, Kent, CT16 1FD
For the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.dover.gov.uk or by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday at: Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover, CT16 3PJ, Tel : 01304 872295.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 29th June 2026.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives : the Prevention of Crime & Disorder, Public Safety, the Prevention of Public Nuisance and the Protection of Children from Harm.
Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
