NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES Newcastle United Football Club, St James Park, Strawberry Place, Newcastle NE1 4ST Notice is given that Newcastle United Football Company Ltd applied to Newcastle City Council on 27th May 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: -
1. To replace all existing layout plans under Annex 4 with the plans submitted with the application.
2. To remove all conditions under Annex 2 (including Appendix 1) and replace with the Schedule of Conditions submitted with the application.
3. Remove reference to facilities for dancing, making music and similar.
4. To permit all licensed activities to commence at 09:00 hrs, subject to restrictions set out in the schedule of conditions.
5. To vary the opening hours to show a start time of 08:00 hrs. N.B. The variations sought under 1, 2 and 3 seek to show a true reflection of the existing layout of the premises and update the outdated conditions currently on the licence.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 25th June 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
