What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Apex Brewery Limited in respect of premises known as Apex Brewing Co, Patson Hill Farm, Patson, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 4SY to Dorset Council for a premises licence.

The proposed application is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 09:00 to midnight Friday and Saturday.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to midnight Friday and Saturday.

3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.dorset.gov.uk/licensing

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk no later than 19 June 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
