LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Dunkertons Cider Company Limited has applied in respect of Dunkertons Cider, Dowdeswell Park, London Road, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, GL52 6UT for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application for a new premises licence, incorporating development of the external areas, including external bar service.

All existing hours and licensable activities remain as per the currently permitted licence. The sale of alcohol (on and off sales) to be permitted from 8am to 11.00pm every day (sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only to be from 11.00am until 11.00pm every day). Plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to live/recorded music and performance of dance; From 10am until 11pm every day. Opening hours to the public to be from 8am to 11.00pm every day. Full details are included in the application held at Cheltenham Borough Council. The application can be inspected at the Council’s offices from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to the above address or via email to licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk no later than the end of 23rd June 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
