The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

1. To allow the sale of alcohol between the hours of 1200 and 2400 Monday to Saturday and between the hours of 1200 and 2300 Sunday for consumption on and off the premises.

2. To allow the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Monday to Saturday.

3. To allow the provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Monday to Saturday.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 18 June 2026.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@gloucester.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
