What is proposed?

APPLICATION to VARY a PREMISES LICENCE under the LICENSING ACT 2003

Kwik Pik Ltd has applied to the Borough of Broxbourne Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Nisa Local, 1A Ashley Court, Defender Close, Goffs Oak, CHESHUNT EN7 5FL. The proposed variation is to extend licensable hours for the premises as follows: OFF Sale of Alcohol to 07:00 to 22:00hrs DAILY The Council’s licensing register, together with details of this application, may be inspected during normal office hours at the Broxbourne Council Borough Offices, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, CHESHUNT EN8 9XQ. 

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team at the above address or via email to licensing@broxbourne.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 25th June 2026
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person found guilty is liable on conviction to an unlimited fine. Date of Notice: 28th May 2026
