NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Moda Life Management Limited have applied to Birmingham City Council for the Grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Moda Living (Great Charles Street), Makers Place, 40 Lively Street, Birmingham B3 1 FT
To permit: the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment: 1200 to 0000 (midnight) Monday to Sunday strictly for residents of Makers Place and their bona fide guests only. No entrance is permitted by the general public.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 25th June 2026 to Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation 6 Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk
The Licensing Register and record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.
For further details please email the Licensing Officer. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
