OPENING HOURS One Off Premises Licence to cover period 20th to 28th July 2026 only Monday to Sunday: 7:00 to 23:00 Any representations must be made in writing by 25th June 2026 to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent DE14 2EB or email: licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. Applications can be viewed by appointment only at The Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent DE14 1AA. A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence. The maximum fine for which a Person is liable on Summary Conviction for the Offence is unlimited. Dated 1 June 2026.
