DETAILS OF RELEVANT LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises:
We will have a small bar area to serve customers alcoholic drinks for the duration of Shropshire Petal Fields. Provisionally the dates given are from the 25th July 2026 to 14th August 2026 we do not
envision the fields being open that long but 12 days within this time frame.
We will have live local bands on 31st July
We will be having live proms with a large live
orchestra performance Saturday 1st August
We will be having live music to accompany picnics on Sunday 2nd August

Any representations by a responsible authority or other persons must be made in writing to the licensing authority detailed above within 28 days of the application date. The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the above applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
