What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Mahason Limited to the

Road, Normanton, WF6 2AY. The application includes the
following terms:- 1. To permit retail sale of alcohol from
05:00 until 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday. Full details of
the Application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Wakefield Council, Wakefield One,
PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield. WF1 2EB. A
responsible authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 24th June 2026 (
