Notice is hereby given that Rushbond Developments
Limited has applied to Wakefield Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises located at The
Court House, Cliff Parade, Wakefield, WF1 2TB. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The
provision of regulated entertainment (indoor only) in the
form of plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or
wrestling entertainment, live music, recorded music,
performances of dance and anything of a similar
description: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30. The
provision of the sale of alcohol (on & off the premises):
Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30. The provision of Late
Night Refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 23:30. The
opening hours of the premises will be 10:00 to 00:00
Monday to Sunday. REPRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE
MADE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN THE 25th June
