Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence


Notice is hereby given that Veenow Ltd has applied for the full variation of a Premises Licence at Crescent Farm, Waters Upton, Telford, TF6 6NP, to permit the sale of alcohol by retail on and off the premises as stated in the application.
The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on

licensing@telford.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 18th June 2026.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
