Notice is hereby given that (a) Joanne Taylor-Stagg on behalf of Pennyhill Park Ltd has applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence authorising the licensable activities detailed below: (b)

Sale of alcohol and late night refreshments to residents for consumption during opening hours.

Extension of current licence to include recorded and live music to enhance the convivial nature of our outdoor spaces. for the premises (c) Pennyhill Park Ltd situated at (d) London Road, Bagshot, Surrey, GU19 5EU

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at the Council Offices, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3HD between 10:00 and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday or on our website at https://www.surreyheath.gov.uk/council/public-notices

Any person wishing to submit a representation to this application must give notice in writing to the Council address shown above, or by email to licensing@surreyheath.gov.uk giving details of the grounds of objection by (e) 25th June 2026

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that their identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (CURRENTLY £5000) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
