To whom it may concern: I, Mrs. Jane Elizabeth de Borchgrave d'Altena, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence At: Old Manor Lodge, Lodge Lane, Axminster EX13 5RT and known as Pommerie The application is to: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (12:00-21:00). Premises opening hours: Mon-Sun (08:00-22:00). Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton EX14 1EJ not later than 23 June 2026, Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
