What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003  APPLICATION FOR A  PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act) Ashes Playing Field Trust (Charity No 523252) of Ashes Playing Field, Treeton Road, Howden, DN14 7DQ is applying for a premises licence for a one-day event in June each year for live music 12.00-16.30.  The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00am and 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday, (4.30pm on Friday) except public holidays or on the below link http://www. eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-and- registrations/licencing-applications  Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person must be made in writing to Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA or to:- licensing@eastriding.gov.uk by 19th June 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
