LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to Nottingham City Council for a variation of the premises licence for German Doner Kebab (GDK), situated at 42-44 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 2AG.

Applicant: Z&K Gourmet Food Ltd. Proposed Variation: To extend the hours of Late Night

Refreshment from 23:00 to 03:00 hrs to 23:00 to 05:00 hrs, Monday to Sunday.

Any person may make a representation to the Licensing Authority regarding this application.

Representations must relate to the licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, protection of children from harm) and must be received no later than 27 June 2026.
