What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Curzon Cinemas Limited has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Curzon Chelsea, 212 King's Road, London, SW3 5XP.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. The provision of indoor regulated entertainment (films, live and recorded music) between 09:00 and 02:00 the following day on Mondays to Saturdays and between 09:00 and midnight the following day on Sundays,

2. The provision of indoor late night refreshment between 23:00 and 02:00 the following day on Mondays to Saturdays and between 23:00 and midnight the following day on Sundays,

3. The retail sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 09:00 and 01:30 the following day on Mondays to Saturdays and 09:00 and 23:30 on Sundays,

4. The premises to be open to the public between 09:00 and 02:00 the following day on Mondays to Saturdays and 09:00 and midnight the following day on Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX or by email to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk no later than 24th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
