NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made by Thilakan Limited to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises which are known as the Thilakan Limited situated at 61 Victoria Road, Louth, LN11 0BU.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as follows:
Supply of Alcohol (for consumption off the premises) - 0700 Hours to Midnight.

Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 29 May 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
