Notice is hereby given that: AZHAA FAST FOODS LTD trading as Morley’s Fried Chicken has applied to Luton Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of:

The application is for the Provision of
Late Night Refreshment to take place Indoors and outdoors: Monday to Sunday between the hours of 23:00pm to 04:00am

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to:

Luton Borough Council,
Town Hall, George Street, Luton, LU1 2BQ
Representations must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
