I/We The Campaign for Real Ale Of 9 Finway, Dallow Road, Luton, LU1 1TR are applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence, If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place:
Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Alcohol Monday to Sunday 00:00 - 23:59
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
