NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
DaniThai Ltd. applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 29th May 2026 to vary the premises licence at Yum Yum Thai restaurant, 17 Kingsmead Square, Bath, BA1 2AE.
The proposed variation is: To vary Sunday hours for sale of alcohol on the premises from 12:00-23:30 to 11:00-23:00, to amend opening hours to match, and to remove or amend any inconsistent conditions on the current licence.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.
