What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

TAKE NOTICE that Shiva kumar Ramachandra has applied to South Norfolk Council for a Premises Licence for Prime Convenience Store, 96-98 Harvey Lane, Heartsease, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0AQ.

The licensable activities proposed to carry on or from the premises:

Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

Any person wishing to object to the grant of the Licence should write to the Licensing Team, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH.

The licensing register can be inspected during the Council’s normal opening hours at the Council offices.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.

Objections must be received by Norwich City Council Licensing Team in writing no later than 10 June 2026.
