What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Brean Leisure Park Limited has applied to Somerset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wave Cafe and Lido Brean Leisure Park, Coast Road, Berrow, TA8 2QY.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are films, recorded music, live music, entertainment of a like kind, performance of dance (all indoors and outdoors) and supply of alcohol (on & off sales) 10:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Opening hours are 24 hours a day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR or sent by email to licensing.sedgemoor@somerset.gov.uk no later than 18 June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
