What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that we Boldventures Hospitality Ltd On 7th May 2026 Have made application to the Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act, for the Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at and known as: Swallow, 59-61 Bretonside, The Barbican, Plymouth, PL4 0BD

The application has been made to vary the licence to extend the hours of operation and amend conditions of licence as follows:-

Monday to Sunday:-
Live Music, Recorded Music and Dance from Midnight to 02:30hrs (Indoors)
Entertainment Similar(E,F,G)(Indoors) 09:00 to 0230
The sale of Alcohol on/off the premises 09:00 to 02:30hrs
(No off sale permitted after 23:00hrs)
Late Night Refreshment 23:00hrs to 03:00hrs
Opening Hours 09:00 to 03:00hrs

Any representations to this application should be made in writing or electronically to: Public Protection Service Manager, Licensing Office, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (for electronic representations please provide your postal address).

No later than 21st June 2026 (This is the 28th day commencing from the day after the application was submitted to the Council)

A copy of this application can be viewed at the licensing office in office hours by appointment or at the Council’s website: https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/current-licensingapplications It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
