Notice is hereby given that Chef’s Kitchen Alton Ltd, 11 Normandy Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1DD, has applied to East Hampshire District Council for a Premises Licence to allow the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 22:00.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, East Hampshire District Council, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX, or by email to licensing@easthants.gov.uk, to be received no later than 29 June 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Council offices during normal hours or online at www.easthants.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
