What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Harbor Lights Entertainment (UK) Ltd has applied to Dartford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Showcase Cinemas Bluewater, Water Circus, Bluewater, Greenhithe, Kent, Bluewater, DA9 9SG.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1.The provision of regulated entertainment (plays, films, live and recorded music) 24 hours a day each day,

2.The retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 11:00 and 02:00 the following day each day (and from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on New Year’s Day),

3. The provision of indoor late night refreshment between 23:00 and 05:00 the following day each day,

4. The premises to be open to the public 24 hours per day each day.

Any representations regarding the above- mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section,Dartford Borough, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR or by email to licensing@dartford.gov.uk no later than 25th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Dartford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.dartford.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
