NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that WALLOW WINE LIMITED has applied to Norwich City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as: Wallow Wine Limited, Unit 1, 1 Baines Way, Bowthorpe, Norwich, NR5 9JK.
The proposed application is to enable the following licensable activities to be carried out on or from the premises: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol for Consumption OFF the Premises Only (Remote e-commerce online fulfilment and secure commercial storage). Ancillary commercial operations at the premises will include the secure warehousing and logistics management of dedicated wine stock stored on behalf of THE WALLOW located in Norwich, alongside Wallow Wine Limited’s own retail inventory.
Proposed Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday: 00:00 to 23:59 (24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week).
The licensing register and full details of the application may be inspected at the office of Norwich City Council, Licensing Department, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH during normal office hours, or viewed online via the council’s licensing portal at www.norwich.gov.uk
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Department at the above address, or via email to licensing@norwich.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 24th June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
