Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Gourmet Burger Kitchen (UK) Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chickens, Unit 31, Stephenson Place, Birmingham, B2 4BF.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Sale/supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) 09:00 – 23:00 every day.
2. Opening hours 09:00 – 23:30 every day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforce - ment, P.O. Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ or email licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 24th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
