APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Dorset Council
(administering authority for the Dorset County
Pension Fund) has applied to Leeds City Council
on 27 May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence
to use the premises at Shadow Licence, Unit 1,
Cloth Hall Street, Cloth Hall, Leeds, LS1 2HD for
the provision of regulated entertainment (Films,
Live and Recorded Music) 09:00 to 02:00, Monday
to Sunday the provision of late night refreshment
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00, the sale by
retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:00,
together with non standard timings, as more
particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Entertainment Licensing Leeds City
Council Civic Hall Leeds, LS1 1UR or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

to be
received by no later than 24 June 2026 stating the
grounds for making said representation.

inspected on the Council’s website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
