The application is for: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00-23:00
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA
A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address or by e-mail to licensing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 25th June 2026
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
