Notice is given that I, Highland Cow Cottage Limited have on the 19th may 2026 applied to South Cambs District Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for Highland Cow Cottage Limited Of Bridge Farm, Earith Road, Willingham, Cambs, CB24 5LT for the application for the following licensable activities, which include: Sale by retail of alcohol:

Monday to Thursday from 09:00 until 17:30
Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until midnight
Sunday from 10:00 until 18:00
Performance of live music:
Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 until midnight
Playing of recorded music:
Thursday from 10:00 until 18:00
Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until midnight
Sunday from 10:00 until 18:00
Late night refreshment:
Friday to Saturday from 23:00 until midnight

Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: South Cambs District Council, Licensing Service, South Cambs Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, CB23 6EA or licensing@scambs.gov.uk

Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 15th June 2026
