Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003

DIECAST LTD applied on 24.05.26 to Manchester City Council in respect of Diecast, 51-53 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JQ to amend its licensing plans with the following; SMALL AMENDMENTS TO LICENSABLE AREA, TO INCLUDE NEW VENUE LAYOUT IN THE REAR PART OF THE PREMISES (FOUNDARY). NEW LAYOUT INCLUDES NEW TOILETS, NEW BAR LOCATIONS, NEW ENTRY AND EXIT DOORS & NOISE BREAKOUT LOBBY INSTALLATIONS.

Objections to this application must be made in writing to: Premises Licensing, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA or by email: premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than the 23rd June 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
