What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence 

An application has been made by St James’ 4 Ltd for a major variation to a premises licence for The Gaslight Club, 4 Duke of York Street, London, SW1Y 6LA.

The application provides for the extension of the terminal hour for licensable activities by one hour Monday to Saturday and the variation of certain conditions. Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing authority at 64 Victoria Street London SW1E 6QP.

Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@westminster. gov.uk by no later than the 22nd June 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
