SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE NOTICE OF APPLICATION

DATE 26th May 2026

Notice is hereby given that:

ST JAMES’ 4 LIMITED

has applied to Westminster City Council for a variation of a Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence to extend the terminal hour for relevant entertainment by one hour and 30 minutes Monday to Saturday until 04:30am on the following day. for the premises:

The Gaslight Club, 4 Duke of York St, St. James’s, London SW1Y 6LA.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Service, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk WITHIN FOUR WEEKS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, specifying the grounds of their opposition. The City Council will not reveal the names of the objectors without their consent.

Anyone requiring further advice or information should contact the Licensing Service on 020 7641 6500.

Persons objecting to the variation of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a committee of the Council.
